1. Custom Orders

  • All lids are built to order and precision-cut based on the measurements and details you provide.
  • Once a design file is approved and production has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements, tank model information, and cutout requirements.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Fragtide reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping

  • We offer free shipping in the continental United States on all lids.
  • Orders typically ship within the timeframe stated on your order confirmation (usually 7–14 business days after design approval).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom lids and personalized products are final sale and non-returnable unless defective or damaged in transit.
  • Standard accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs apply unless due to our error.

5. Fit Guarantee

We guarantee your lid will fit your tank if the measurements and details you provide are correct. If a fit issue arises due to our error, we will replace or adjust the lid at no cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Fragtide is not liable for damage to livestock, aquariums, or equipment resulting from improper installation, misuse, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • Our products are designed for indoor aquarium use only and should be installed per our guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and product images on the Fragtide website are the property of Fragtide and may not be used without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

Fragtide reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on this page.
