Fragtide is committed to delivering your custom aquarium lid safely and on time. Every order is built to your specifications and shipped with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing & Production Times

  • All lids are made to order. Production time varies based on order volume and customization, but is typically 7–14 business days from the date we receive your confirmed measurements and design approval.
  • Orders with complex designs, engraving, or special inlays may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays.
  • We send photo updates and design confirmations before cutting begins.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Free shipping in the continental US on all lids.
  • Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on size and destination.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States only. For international orders, please contact support@fragtide.com for a custom shipping quote.

Delivery Times

  • Transit times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.
  • Weather, carrier delays, or peak season volumes may impact delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email support@fragtide.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or remake at no cost if damage occurred during shipping.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

  • Due to the size of our lids, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
